Can I cancel?
No. That's on purpose. The pass is a one-time payment that lasts 365 days and does not renew. When the year ends, you and your partner decide together whether to buy another.
Can I get a refund?
No. The 1-Year Pass is non-refundable once purchased. That's why every account starts with a free 3-day trial, so you can make sure it works on your devices first.
What does the "I'm tempted" button do?
It opens a 2-minute screen with a verse on resisting temptation, a short prayer, and a breathing timer. You can text your partner from it with one tap. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.
What happens to my day count if I slip?
You tell your partner, and your count starts again at Day 1. Your longest stretch stays on your profile. A slip is a reason to get back up, not to give up.
What if I truly need a device unlocked?
Ask your partner from the app. If they approve, the device unlocks after a 72-hour wait. If your partner can't be reached, our support team reviews the request and unlocks after 7 days.
What if I get a new phone or computer?
Your partner gets an alert when a protected device stops checking in. Add the new device from your account, and your partner locks it the same way.
Can our church buy passes for a group?
Yes. Group passes are $40 per man for groups of 10 or more. The leader sees how many men are protected and their milestones in total, never who struggled. Email us about group passes and we'll set one up for your church.
Is this only for Christians?
Steadfast is built around faith in Christ, and scripture is part of every day. Anyone who wants to walk free is welcome.
Is my information private?
We never store the names of sites you visit or try to visit. Your partner only sees counts and device status. We will never sell your data.
